ICFO is a non-profit research institute based near Barcelona. Its mission is to conduct basic and applied research in several branches of the Sciences and Technologies of Light.
In narrow collaboration with Marta Garcia we made a series of 4 books, “Stories of light”. The stories describe a universe that does not work well because Light and Matter do not want to behave properly. The protagonists are Atoms, Photons, Lasers and the Empress Lucilda.
Also we developed a series of posters about Science-matters to decorate the building.
